Description
The Orleans Parish School Board is soliciting proposals from one or more vendors to administer and deliver Title II professional development services for participating non-public schools during the 2026-2027 school year. Services may include professional development for core academic subjects, instructional practices, standards-based instruction, differentiated learning, classroom behavior, data and assessment use, and virtual, distance, or blended learning. Delivery may involve direct services, third-party contractors, consultants, coaching, mentoring, conferences, and fiscal administration. Services must be needs-based, classroom-focused, sustained, high-quality, secular, neutral, and nonideological. Proposers must submit a detailed Title II Program Service Plan and Fiscal and Regulatory Plan, pricing for direct services and program administration, proposed monthly management-report and invoice templates, a conflict-of-interest management plan, evidence of background checks, and subcontractor oversight procedures if applicable. The initial fiscal-year allocation is identified as $107,448, and the solicitation includes a 35% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goal. The contract is expected to begin upon execution and end June 30, 2026, with two additional one-year renewal options; however, the stated term appears inconsistent with the 2026-2027 service year and should be clarified.
