Description
West Michigan Community Mental Health is seeking a comprehensive cloud-based human capital management system to replace and modernize its human resources, payroll, timekeeping, workforce management, benefits administration, recruiting, performance management, learning management, reporting, and compliance processes. The solution must support approximately 181 employees and integrate with the organization’s existing systems, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, general ledger, benefits, banking, tax, retirement, and related payroll systems. Required capabilities include single sign-on, multifactor authentication, role-based access controls, audit logging, encryption, security monitoring, data migration, reporting, mobile time entry, scheduling, leave management, and configurable workflows.
