The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles Legal Department is seeking Thomson Reuters Westlaw Edge service and the West Complete Library Plan for a one-year period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The requested Westlaw Edge capabilities include legal research, KeyCite citator services, statutory-change tracking, litigation analytics, document comparison, research recommendations, folder analysis, research reports, authoritative legal content, and access to bar-admitted reference attorneys. The West Complete Library Plan provides integrated legal research materials and publications. Outsourcing is expressly permitted, and the agency will consider its available budget when processing an award and purchase order.
