Description
The 42nd Contracting Squadron requires hotel, conference, and logistics support for Pre-Command Team Training events. The contractor must provide lodging for approximately 80–130 registered attendees per event and approximately 60 guest speakers, executive-level meeting space with breakout rooms and furnishings, secure Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment and on-site technical support, daily light refreshments, and a first-night icebreaker event with hors d'oeuvres. Services must be provided at a facility within six miles of Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. Events may occur up to five times per year between January and July. The requirement has a period of performance from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031, consisting of a base year plus four option years, and will use an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity structure. The notice states that the Government intends to award to A29 Funding LLC on a sole-source basis if no responsible, responsive offers are received; capable respondents may submit capability information by the stated deadline.
