Miami-Dade County Public Schools is seeking architect/engineer of record services for the Hialeah Senior High School Partial Replacement, Remodeling and Renovations Project, Project No. 02837100. The estimated project budget is $80,787,396. The scope is for professional architectural and engineering services associated with the partial replacement, remodeling, and renovation of the school facility. The opportunity is in the selection process: proposals have been submitted, and short-listing, interviews, and final ranking are in process. The attached procedures identify a multidisciplinary design team requirement covering architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering.
