Description
Tarrant Regional Water District is soliciting a contractor to furnish labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for approximately 350 linear feet of 8-foot galvanized chain-link fencing and a maximum 31-foot galvanized sliding gate. The work includes a Viking H-10 gate operator, safety and exit loops, razor wire, a 12-inch-wide by 6-inch-deep 3,000-psi concrete mow strip, gate hardware, temporary fencing as needed, site cleanup, and commissioning of the gate for manual operation. The contractor must provide a project manager who is continuously present, maintain site security, comply with Monday-through-Friday working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and have at least 10 years of industry experience. The stated project period begins upon contract execution and ends January 29, 2027. The proposal requires pricing, company experience and references, a project approach, a proposed schedule, and specified forms and bid security when applicable. Insurance certificates, payment and performance bonds, and background checks are required from the successful offeror before commencement of services.
