Description
Lincoln Electric System (LES) is soliciting bids for a three-year purchase agreement for safety supplies. The agreement will cover the period from contract award through June 30, 2029. Bids will only be accepted from manufacturers listed in the bid form, with a process for approving other manufacturers for future contract periods. Freight terms are prepaid and allowed FOB destination, and LES payment terms are Net30. The maximum delivery time from the vendor is two weeks ARO for items with a stocking requirement. LES will negotiate prices on items not on the list, and quantities listed are estimates for the first year, with potential changes in subsequent years. Prices must remain firm for the initial 90 days, with written requests for price increases required thereafter, supported by documentation. Price reductions should benefit LES. Price adjustments will be made on a quarterly basis. Products must have a minimum of 80% of approved shelf life remaining at the time of delivery, if applicable. Bidders must be authorized by the manufacturer's representative to sell products in Nebraska.
