Description
The City of Lincoln, Nebraska is soliciting bids for the furnishing, delivery, and unloading of liquid ferrous chloride (FeCl2). This chemical is intended for use in controlling odors at the Lincoln Wastewater System, specifically within the Northeast Water Resource Recovery Facilities. The quantity per truckload delivery is expected to be between 4,000-4,500 gallons. No bid bond is required for submission. The current contract price was $1.87 per gallon with Pencco.
