Description
Lincoln Electric System (LES) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a vendor capable of performing a full migration of their current Geometric Network (GN) GIS data model and editing environment to a fully functioning production Esri Utility Network (UN) data model. This migration will encompass both LES's Electric Distribution and Fiber networks. The successful bidder will be required to complete several forms and agreements, including the LES Standard Services/Consulting Contract, proof of insurance with specified coverage from a licensed Nebraska insurer rated at least B+, LES Form F790 (Confidentiality & Security Agreement), and LES Form 51 Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance. Additionally, the winning bidder must complete the LB1300 Certification.
