Description
The City seeks a complete supply and installation of commercial-grade playground equipment and safety surfacing at two city-owned parks. The work includes equipment, surfacing systems and required base components, foundations and anchors, accessible play components and routes, delivery, assembly, installation, cleanup, and any minor preparation specifically needed for installation. General site development work is excluded. Removal and disposal of existing equipment or surfacing at one location is optional and must be priced separately; it may be performed only if authorized by the City. Proposals should include completed proposal and price forms; equipment and surfacing schedules; manufacturer, model, product, safety, accessibility, warranty, and schedule information; company qualifications and relevant project experience; at least three project references with contact information; a signed site visit certification; insurance and bond information; required certifications and affidavits; any exceptions; maintenance requirements; and safety inspection information. The successful proposer will coordinate a certified playground safety inspection and correct any deficiencies. The stated maximum project amount for both locations is $400,000.
