Description
The Indianapolis Airport Authority is soliciting bids for the complete remediation of the former Avis rental car facility at Indianapolis International Airport. The work must include all labor, equipment, materials, and other requirements shown in the project drawings and specifications prepared by KERAMIDA Inc. Bids must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids and include State Board of Accounts Form No. 96, a financial statement, a properly completed non-collusion affidavit, and a scanned bid bond of at least 5% of the contract amount. Contractors performing work under an Indianapolis Airport Authority contract estimated at $150,000 or more must be prequalified with the Indiana Department of Administration or Indiana Department of Transportation. The successful bidder must provide performance, material, and payment bonds totaling 100% of the contract price.
