The Springfield-Hampden County Continuum of Care (CoC) is soliciting proposals for its FY25 Continuum of Care Competition. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks projects for new, renewal, and expansion of Transitional Housing (TH), Supportive Services Only (SSO), and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) projects. The CoC aims to include these projects in its collaborative application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for CoC funds. Projects funded through this competition will operate from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and are expected to be eligible for renewal in future years. Eligible applicants include non-profit organizations, local governments, and housing authorities. Applications must be submitted through an online portal by December 15, 2025. The total potential funding available for the competition is $10,571,142.
