Description
The University of Massachusetts Lowell Division of Graduate, Online & Professional Studies is seeking a qualified Enrollment Operations Program Manager for approximately 20 hours per week over an approximately three-year contract term. The engagement will provide ongoing operational, technical, and project-management support for enrollment operations. Key responsibilities include leading and optimizing Slate CRM functionality; coordinating integrations among Slate, Salesforce, Summit, CAS, Sunapsis, and other institutional systems; improving enrollment workflows and automation; supporting international-student processing, SEVIS-related workflows, data governance, privacy, compliance, and fraud prevention; and coordinating vendors, technical teams, enrollment staff, and campus partners. The resource will work primarily remotely, may attend in-person meetings as needed, and must be available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, with billable work estimated at 20 hours per week. Proposals must include a complete technical and pricing response, relevant experience and qualifications, project approach and schedule, three similar client references, three public or institutional references, and a certificate of insurance.
