Description
The City of Medford seeks a contractor to provide the labor, equipment, and materials for sanitary sewer improvements on Jackson Drive and Erie Street, including removal of existing surfacing, rock excavation, installation of 4-inch and 6-inch sanitary sewer pipe, installation and adjustment of sewer manholes, asphalt paving, and concrete driveway connections. The project also includes roadway restoration. The stated cost range is $0-$500,000, and the work must be completed by February 26, 2027. Bidders must be prequalified with the City before bids are opened. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the proposal, and the required statement regarding compliance with Oregon public works wage requirements must be signed and submitted with the bid. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled.
