Description
The Upper Trinity Regional Water District is seeking bids for brush removal and tree trimming services supporting its regional water, wastewater, and related operations. The anticipated contract term is one year with four consecutive one-year renewal options, and multiple governmental entities may be eligible to purchase under the resulting contract if the bidder agrees to the cooperative purchasing terms. The solicitation package includes terms and conditions, vendor references, a sample contract, required forms, prior bid tabulation, and a statement of work. Required forms include a conflict-of-interest questionnaire, state reciprocal requirement form, non-collusion statement, Texas Government Code Chapter 2279 verification, cooperative purchasing agreement response, and other Texas interested-parties documentation.
