Description
Killeen Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a broad range of fine arts services on an as-needed, district-wide basis. Potential services include adjudication, choreography, judging, music arrangements, accompaniment, clinician services, audio engineering, visual and program design, marching band field services, technical services, directing, website and mobile application services, professional development workshops, sound technician and recording services, rehearsals, and other requested fine arts services. The solicitation contemplates multiple awards and on-demand requests from awarded vendors at the discretion of individual campuses and the Fine Arts Department. The agreement is effective through August 25, 2027, with two automatic one-year extensions and a final expiration date of August 25, 2029. Vendors awarded under RFP 24-29-05-221 do not need to respond. All proposal-process communications must go through the Purchasing Office; questions and answers will be distributed through the electronic bidding system, and unauthorized contact with district personnel may result in disqualification.
