Description
The Ministry of National Security of The Bahamas is seeking a complete music, entertainment, and outdoor event-production package for approximately 700 attendees. The scope includes stage provision, installation and removal; professional sound systems with microphones, monitors, mixing equipment, and sound technicians; multiple DJs; live artists or performers; stage lighting and lighting technicians; generators and power distribution; and qualified technical personnel for sound, lighting, stage operations, power, DJ operations, and performances. The vendor must provide delivery, installation, setup, sound and lighting checks, technical testing, event support, breakdown, equipment removal, labor, transportation, and backup arrangements as reasonably necessary. Quotations must identify proposed performers, performance details, technical requirements, fees, and associated transportation costs. Vendors must submit a valid business license, valid Tax Compliance Certificate, company overview, quotation, and evidence of relevant experience or comparable-event references where available. The event is scheduled for October 30, 2026, at the Ministry of National Security Grounds on John F. Kennedy Drive.
