Description
Gwinnett County Public Schools is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for demand-based audio visual equipment and supplies, including flat-panel televisions. Anticipated annual quantities are estimates only; the district will order items as needed. Bids may be split by line item or awarded by grouped section, and delivery pricing must be included in each unit price. The district's internal teams will handle installation. For flat-panel television items, the supplier must have a representative within 50 miles and a physical office within 200 miles of the GCPS Instructional Support Center. Samsung flat-panel television bids require Samsung Gold Education Partner status. Subcontracting is prohibited for the items. The initial contract term runs from November 1, 2026, or upon award, through October 31, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewals.
