Description
Taylor School District is soliciting bids for twenty new, complete multi-process welding systems. Each system must include a minimum 300-amp AC/DC welding power source capable of TIG, Stick, and MIG welding; a compatible heavy-duty remote foot control; a portable suitcase-style voltage-sensing wire feeder; and all required cables, connectors, adapters, power cords, and accessories for complete operation. Bidders must provide manufacturer documentation, operating manuals, applicable technical documentation, standard warranty information, and documentation for any proposed equivalent equipment. Pricing must include the complete equipment package and specified accessories, with shipping and delivery charges separately identified if not included. The submission must also include the required bidder certifications, notarized conflict-of-interest and Iran Economic Sanctions Act certifications, bidder information, contractor code of conduct, W-9, cover letter agreement, and at least one qualifying public-entity reference letter.
