Description
Pasco County Schools is soliciting one complete educational collaborative robotic welding system for Marchman Technical College's welding program. The system must include a collaborative robot arm meeting or exceeding the FANUC CRX-10iA specifications; integrated welding equipment such as a robotic torch, power supply, wire feeder, cables, and water cooling; a workstation with a 500-pound minimum payload welding table, workholding system, fume extraction, safety and fault-reset controls, and secure equipment housing; and a touchscreen or tablet interface with teach-at-the-torch programming and support for multiple welding types. The purchase also includes installation and setup or delivery as a fully assembled system, at least two days of onsite training, continued online educational resources, ongoing phone and email technical support, and manufacturer warranties on major equipment. The system must be compatible as a complete package and comply with applicable ANSI, OSHA, and robotic safety standards. Vendors must provide specification sheets and submit a single total price for the complete system, including components, services, and freight. This is a one-time purchase.
