Description
The Town of Fort Frances is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a 50-by-60-foot addition to the Public Works Garage. The Town will procure the pre-engineered steel building shell; the contractor will perform foundation preparation and construction, erect the steel building, install plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components, and complete associated finishes including doors, cladding, roofing, and insulation. The scope also includes a provisional item to replace the remaining Public Works Garage and Office roof, converting it from rolled roofing to matching standing metal seam roofing.
