Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a venue in Duluth, Minnesota, for the 2026 MNICS Meeting, serving approximately 100 attendees from November 30 through December 3, 2026. The requirement includes lodging, meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment, and refreshments in accordance with the specifications in Exhibit C and Exhibit C Supplement 1 of the attached sample contract. This is a formal request for bid. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Supplier Portal; non-electronic and email responses will not be accepted. Questions must be submitted in writing by September 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST.
