Description
The City Council of Hibbing is soliciting sealed bids for construction of New Haven Drive Phase 2. The project includes approximately 420 feet of new urban bituminous street extending east from 6th Avenue West to a hammerhead turnaround, along with curb and gutter, sidewalk, drainage pipes and structures, a stormwater treatment basin, and new watermain. Plans and specifications were prepared by LHB and Bolton & Menk and may be reviewed at the Office of the City Clerk-Treasurer and the Office of the City Engineer.
