Description
The City of Duluth is soliciting bids for Project 2324 Lead Service Line Replacement - Endion 1. The work involves replacing lead service lines within the Endion 1 area. Addendum 2 modifies the contract documents, including changes to workforce/equal pay certificate requirements (now required post-award) and corrections to the plan set: quantity calculation errors in the Schedule of Estimated Quantities (SEQ) have been corrected, existing utilities have been added to plan sheets, and plotting errors on pages S-243, S-253, and S-254 have been fixed. A revised plan set and updated bid quantities are available on Bid Express.
