Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to remove snow from two parking lots on the C.J. Ramstad North Shore State Trail in St. Louis County during two snow seasons: December 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027, and December 1, 2027, through April 1, 2028. Unit pricing must include all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales and use taxes, and other costs necessary to complete the work. The award may be made by item, group, or total to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all solicitation terms. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal using Event ID 2000018624, and vendors must respond to the latest event version. The solicitation includes attachments and an Excel price schedule that vendors must download and save; all attachment requirements must be reviewed and followed.
