Description
The Minnesota Department of Administration is soliciting one prime contractor for general, civil, and structural construction associated with the St. Louis River–Mud Lake restoration project. The scope includes site access construction; erosion and sediment control; dewatering; channel and deepwater dredging, dewatering, and disposal; steel bridge fabrication and installation; and pipe removal, demolition, and disposal. The estimated project value is $23,423,810. The solicitation requires qualification documentation demonstrating three qualifying dredging and dewatering projects and three qualifying bridge-installation projects, with specified completion dates, project values, self-performance requirements, and subcontractor commitment letters where applicable. The project also includes an 8% targeted-group, economically disadvantaged, veteran-owned small-business subcontracting goal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated online plan room, and the required Prime Contractor Response Form and applicable attachments must be completed and uploaded.
