Description
The City of Sidney is soliciting electronic bids for the Kroger Access Drive project, identified as Bid 19-2026. Addendum No. 1 revises the estimated quantities and specifications to add demolition of 331 Folkerth Avenue and clarifies that buildings, bushes, and pavement are to be removed by the contractor rather than the City. Construction layout staking will be performed by others and is not incidental to other bid items. Bidders must account for the addendum in their proposals and include the completed addendum acknowledgment as an attachment to the bid proposal.
