Description
The Société québécoise des infrastructures is conducting an open competitive procurement for Lot 2601 construction work at Hôpital Charles-Le Moyne. The scope covers electrical systems, telecommunications, and physical security for the expansion and renovation of the operating room and day-surgery facilities, including a temporary clinical module. The work must be completed within 101 weeks, including holidays, mandatory construction vacation periods, and material or equipment procurement delays. The estimated contract period is 24 months, with an anticipated start between November 20 and December 11, 2026. Bidders must hold the qualifications and licenses required under Quebec's Building Act and maintain a permanent establishment in Quebec or a jurisdiction covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. A bid security equal to 10% of the bid amount is required. Submissions may be delivered electronically through SEAO or in paper form at the specified reception counter.
