Description
Cobb County is soliciting bids for the complete construction of transit-related ADA improvements under Project B2756. The work includes updating ADA ramps and installing sidewalk panels along Floyd Road, Hurt Road, Maxham Road, and various adjacent streets to address ADA compliance standards. The project has a 150-day performance period beginning upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. It is partially funded by the Federal Transit Administration and local funds, and requires compliance with applicable FTA, federal, state, Cobb County, ADA, Davis-Bacon, Title VI, DBE, EEO, and Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance requirements. Bidders and subcontractors must meet applicable Georgia Department of Transportation prequalification or registration requirements. Bids exceeding $2,000,000 require the bidder to be GDOT-prequalified; bids of $2,000,000 or less require the bidder to be a registered subcontractor or GDOT-prequalified.
