Description
The Western Arkansas Workforce Development Board (WAWDB) is entering into a sole-source agreement with the Western Arkansas Planning and Development District (WAPDD) to serve as the One-Stop Operator (OSO) for the Western Arkansas Local Workforce Development Area. The OSO will coordinate service delivery among all required WIOA partners, implement customer-centered strategies, ensure functional integration of Title I-B Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth services, convene partners for performance alignment, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. The agreement covers the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with options for renewal. Compensation is a fixed amount of $30,000, paid monthly on a reimbursement basis.
