Description
Tarrant County is soliciting bids for three new postage meter machines for its Facilities Management Department. The equipment must comply with USPS policies and Intelligent Mail Indicia requirements, integrate mailing and shipping functions compatible with SendPro 360, provide USPS, UPS, and FedEx rates, automatically feed and weigh mail with a five-pound scale, print meter labels, seal envelopes in specified configurations, process at least 270 letters per minute, generate accounting and analytic reports, stack mail after metering, provide tracking services, and include a minimum 15-inch touch display, wireless keyboard, and power-surge protection. The awarded vendor must include delivery, on-site installation at two Fort Worth facilities, estimated delivery lead time, brand or model information, warranty information, and in-person training for up to ten County employees. New products are required; used and remanufactured equipment is not acceptable. The bid requires three references, a W-9, applicable diversity certification, insurance coverage, and completion of the electronic bid attributes and pricing lines.
