Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service seeks one Cytation 9 imaging multimode reader and accessories on a brand-name-or-equal basis. The required package includes Gen5 Image Prime software; 1.25X, 2X, 4X, 10X, and 40X objectives; DAPI, GFP, CY5, and TRITC filter cubes; GFP/CFP, CY5, 554 nm, and 365 nm LED cubes; a laser autofocus cube; and a high-performance imaging controller with a 24-inch monitor. The system must provide hybrid multimode plate reading with widefield inverted and upright microscopy, full-range multimode detection, environmental control, fluorescence and brightfield imaging, absorbance, fluorescence intensity, luminescence, fluorescence polarization, time-resolved fluorescence, Alpha detection, kinetic and spectral scans, and the stated cell-imaging and high-throughput assay capabilities. Equal products must meet all salient characteristics and be supported by descriptive literature or equivalent technical documentation. All items must be new, unused, genuine OEM products, and the quotation must include pricing for every line item. Award is anticipated as a firm-fixed-price purchase order using lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
