Oregon State University is soliciting offers from qualified entities to participate in the OSU Reserve Contract Program for Construction Related Services. This program provides an opportunity for selected entities to deliver construction-related services to the university. Services include a wide range of trades such as acoustical treatment, asphalt paving, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and many others as listed in Exhibit 1. The contract term runs through November 30, 2030, and individual projects may be awarded via supplements up to $2,000,000. Offerors must be licensed with the Construction Contractor's Board and provide proof of insurance. Performance and payment bonds are required for supplements valued at $150,000 or more.
