Description
The Defense Health Agency's Armed Services Blood Program requires a single-award IDIQ contractor to manufacture, brand, and distribute donor incentive products, including T-shirts, pullover and zip-up hooded sweatshirts, baseball caps, beanies, 16-ounce metal tumblers, journals, tote bags, duffel bags, and backpacks. Products must meet specified material, size, color, durability, packaging, and logo-placement requirements, including exact Pantone color matching and approved ASBP branding. The contractor must provide graphic design support, digital proofs and mock-ups, pre-production sample sets for Government approval, direct shipment to 21 CONUS and OCONUS donor centers, shipment tracking notifications, and monthly status reports. Quotes must include specification sheets for all nine item categories, a branding capability statement, supply-chain and sourcing disclosures, a delivery and logistics plan, up to three recent relevant references, and the completed pricing schedule. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
