Description
The Denton County Transportation Authority (DCTA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for signage fabrication, delivery, and installation services. The contractor will be responsible for fabricating a variety of transit signage including wayfinding, informational, branding, accessibility, safety, parking, and temporary signs. Services also include installation, sign pole removal and replacement, and site restoration. DCTA will supply print-ready artwork files, and the contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision. The initial contract term is two years with three one-year renewal options. Work will be ordered on an as-needed basis via task orders, with no guaranteed minimum quantities. The contractor must meet specified delivery and response times, including standard orders within seven business days and emergency response within four hours. The solicitation includes a detailed pricing form with unit prices for various signs, decals, posts, hardware, and installation services.
