Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting a contractor to administer, maintain, repair, test, and install electronic security systems at Crane Army Ammunition Activity. The scope includes intrusion detection systems, access control systems, Bosch video monitoring systems, automated gates, network devices, servers, cameras, uninterruptible power supplies, fiber-optic infrastructure, and related configuration and database maintenance. The contractor must provide at least four technicians, including DAQ SMS-certified personnel, and maintain the systems in operational condition with 24/7 emergency support. The work includes preventive maintenance, inspections, component replacement, emergency response, system installations and modifications, work-order reporting, inventory management, quality control, safety planning, and required security and cybersecurity compliance. The solicitation requires attendance at a mandatory site visit, submission of a completed site-visit form, pricing through the provided pricing matrix, and three completed government-project references valued between $100,000 and $1,000,000. The contract is firm-fixed-price with one base year and four option years, and the requirement is a total small-business set-aside.
