Description
Indiana University Bloomington is soliciting a unified bid for the Forest Quad Tower B project, including general, mechanical, and electrical construction work to upgrade the facility's electrical service. Bidders must comply with applicable Indiana public-works and employee drug-testing requirements. Each bid must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, bid security equal to 5% of the total bid, and the contractor's written drug-testing program.
