Description
The Village of Savoy is seeking proposals to create a new mixed-use, main-street-style downtown development that will serve as an architectural centerpiece and destination for residents and visitors. The envisioned development should include a compact, sustainable mix of commercial units and an activated, publicly accessible gathering space for markets, civic activities, and social events. Preferred concepts include two- and three-story buildings with ground-floor dining, entertainment, and retail uses, together with upper-floor residential or office space. Proposals are due by October 16, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Time and must be submitted by email.
