Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is soliciting a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business to provide all labor, materials, components, tools, labor, supervision, and related trades necessary for the Project 550-27-111 B5 roof repair and replacement at the Veterans Affairs Illiana Healthcare System. The work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes, VA standards, and executive orders. The project is estimated at $250,000 to $500,000, with performance required within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed and a one-year parts-and-labor warranty after acceptance. Amendment 0001 extends the offer deadline from September 16, 2026, to September 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, to allow additional time for responses to requests for information. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of the amendment as specified in the solicitation.
