Description
The Village of Heyworth is soliciting bids for the reconstruction of Karr Street. The project includes general conditions, bid form, disclosure affidavit, vendor certification, prevailing wage notice, substance abuse prevention program certification, and bid deposit requirements. Addendum #2 modifies the bid document checklist to remove the 'Specific Conditions and Responsible Bidder Certification' requirement.
