Description
Ulster County BOCES is soliciting sealed bids for emergency capital projects at CTEC. Bids are due on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Ms. Amanda Stokes' office, 175 Route 32N, New Paltz, NY 12561. Complete digital sets of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications can be obtained by downloading from LAN.BIDDYHQ.COM under 'public projects'. Physical sets can be obtained from Biddy c/o Lohrius Blueprint, 226 Newtown Road, Plainview, NY 11803, for a $100 deposit, starting Monday, June 15th, 2026. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Ulster County BOCES. Plan deposit refunds are subject to the terms in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders requiring shipped documents must arrange and pay for shipping with the printer. Only documents obtained through REVplans (revplans.biddyhq.com and lan.biddyhq.com) will identify a bidder as an official plan holder. Addenda will be emailed to registered plan holders and available at the aforementioned websites. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.at Ulster BOCES, 300 Enterprise Drive, Kingston NY 12401. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, US Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond for 10% of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000, payable to Ulster County BOCES. The successful bidder must furnish performance and materialmen's bonds. Bidders must comply with New York State Prevailing Wage Law, including submitting certified payrolls with invoices. The contractor must also comply with "Equal Opportunity for Employment" requirements. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
