Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from individuals or firms to provide assistant municipal prosecutor services during the January 1–December 31, 2027 contract term. The selected professional must demonstrate the required legal expertise, professional qualifications, administrative and financial capability, and availability to attend scheduled public and special meetings as required. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, professional certifications, key personnel, understanding of the requested work, references, municipal and state experience, availability, and compensation. Respondents must provide a firm or individual qualification statement, key personnel credentials, servicing-office information, pricing or fee schedules, and at least three similar-project references, including at least two municipalities. The submission also requires several completed statutory and procurement forms, including ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment with general liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, affirmative-action compliance notice, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, and W-9.
