Description
The City of Tampa is soliciting bids for toilet tissue and multi-fold paper towels to be supplied on an as-needed, when-needed basis. The listed items include 15,360 rolls of two-ply toilet tissue and 1,160 cases of unbleached multi-fold towels. The City may award by division, line item, aggregate total, or in whole or in part, and no minimum or maximum purchase quantity is guaranteed. Materials must be factory-fresh, original-packaged, and delivered within five working days after receipt of order. The award is for one year, with two additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement and up to three unilateral 30-day extensions. A five percent evaluation discount, capped at $10,000, is available to City-certified Small Local Business Enterprises that submit proof of certification with their bids.
