Description
The Prince Edward Island Department of Transportation and Infrastructure / Parks is seeking paper towels, toilet tissue, facial tissue, wipers, and garbage bags through a request for standing offer. The solicitation covers estimated quantities of multiple paper and bag products, including approved equivalents, with delivery on an as-required basis. Prices must include freight and delivery, be quoted in Canadian dollars before taxes, and remain firm during the initial standing offer period. The Province may award individual items to multiple vendors, add sizes during the standing offer, and require successful vendors to provide paper dispensers at no charge to certain facilities. The initial standing offer period is one year from the award date, with an option to extend for up to an additional 12 months. Vendors must submit sufficient samples of all items, without shipping full cases, and must complete the pricing spreadsheet for each line item offered. Compostable bags must be acceptable for use on Prince Edward Island and individually marked as biodegradable or compostable.
