Description
Orange County, Florida, is soliciting bids for the East Water Reclamation Facility SCADA Upgrades with Fiber and Control Room, and PLC Replacements, SCADA and Operational Improvements project. This project involves upgrading the existing SCADA system, replacing PLCs, and enhancing the control and computer room, including a new HVAC system. The scope includes replacing existing Siemens PLCs with Siemens S7-1500 series components, upgrading the WinCC SCADA system, and modifying MCC sections to integrate Simocode Pro units for Profinet communication. Fiber optic cable is required for all communications leaving an inside location to an outdoor location. The estimated cost for this project is $14,314,240.85.
