Description
The University of Central Florida (UCF) is seeking a supplier to design and implement a comprehensive, multi-year study to assess, evaluate, and strengthen the implementation and effectiveness of the Community Partnership Schools (CPS) strategy across Florida. The selected supplier will partner with UCF's Center for Community Schools (CCS) and its stakeholders to evaluate the CPS model as it is implemented and sustained across a growing statewide network of up to 50 sites, potentially increasing by 10 sites per year. This work will focus on continuous improvement, capacity-building, and generating actionable insights for policy, practice, and decision-making at all levels. The evaluation approach must be rigorous, adaptable, and incorporate mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) to inform ongoing implementation and demonstrate the effectiveness, scale, and sustainability of the CPS model. UCF CCS also aims to evaluate its own contribution to the field and the certification of partner sites.
