Description
The South Seminole & North Orange County Wastewater Transmission Authority (the Authority) is soliciting bids for a Wastewater Pump Station Improvements Project. This project, part of the Authority's Capital Improvement Plan, involves improvements and/or rehabilitation at four wastewater pump stations: Arrow Place, Bear Creek, Eagle Circle, and Consumers, all located in Seminole County, Florida. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Authority's office (410 Lake Howell Road, Maitland, Florida 32751). Contractors are encouraged to contact Lawrence Rolle at CHA Consulting (LRolle@chasolutions.com) prior to the meeting for confirmation and instructions. The Invitation to Bid (ITB) package, including design drawings, is available from CHA Consulting (3505 Lake Lynda Drive, Suite 109, Orlando, Florida 32817) by contacting Lawrence Rolle via telephone at 407-334-1317 or email at LRolle@chasolutions.com, starting Monday, June 15, 2026. Electronic copies will be provided via email at no charge. Sealed bids must be submitted to CHA Consulting's address until 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Authority's office. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Lawrence Rolle (lrolle@CHAsolutions.com) no later than Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Responses will be issued via written addendum.
