Description
The School Board of Volusia County, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive employee benefits consulting services. The scope of work includes account management, strategic guidance, actuarial analysis, plan document review, regulatory compliance, procurement support, and assistance with open enrollment and member communications. Firms will be evaluated based on their experience, technical approach, actuarial and analytics capabilities, and benefits administration expertise.
