Description
The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide ongoing professional engineering design, consulting, and support services for their District Cooling Systems. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis and may encompass planning, design, permitting, procurement support, construction phase services, commissioning, and operational support related to district cooling and chilled water systems. Firms must demonstrate experience in Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering specifically related to district cooling plants, chilled water distribution systems, thermal energy storage systems, energy transfer stations, control systems, and associated infrastructure. The contract is anticipated to be for a period of five years.
