Description
Hocking Athens Perry Community Action seeks a broker to review its existing commercial insurance program, recommend coverage and cost improvements, market and place coverage with qualified carriers, and manage annual renewals. The scope includes ongoing insurance consultation, claims advocacy, risk management recommendations, policy and documentation support, meetings, and reporting. The broker must evaluate insurance needs for fixed-route and demand-response transportation programs, including potential coverage coordination and exposures related to contracted transportation providers. Proposals must describe the firm's qualifications and comparable experience, proposed service team and approach, carrier access, claims and risk-management resources, and at least three references. Respondents must also provide preliminary annual premium estimates by major coverage category and disclose their proposed compensation and any other direct or indirect compensation. The solicitation requests electronic PDF proposals and evaluates capability, service and support, and estimated insurance costs and potential savings.
